In a clip for the upcoming new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the 35-year-old — along with Kourtney Kardashian, 36, and family friend Jonathan Cheban, 41 — calls the 31-year-old out on her possible plastic surgery.

"No, I haven't!" Khloé replies.
