When did Khloé Kardashian become the fitness kween of our dreams?

The Revenge Body star is showing the world how she got her, well… revenge body — and sharing weight loss tips with her fans.

How did Khloé lose weight?

In addition to working out and eating right, the reality star has also added Protein World shakes to her diet.

“I’ve been using Protein World’s Slender Blend for a while now and have grown to love the shakes. I was drinking them way before I officially became the global spokesperson! Alongside my busy lifestyle and my training regime the shakes help me build strength and maintain a balanced diet,” she said.

It seems to be working, judging from her before and after shot she posted to Instagram!

What inspired her to lose weight?

Khloé took a devastating experience like her divorce and channeled those emotions in a positive way.

"I was going through my divorce, and I just really needed an outlet. I had turned to food and had an unhealthy relationship with food my whole life, and I was like, 'Food has never helped me lose weight.' So I joined Equinox, and I would go there and put my headphones on and get on the elliptical or the stairs, and no one would bother me or ask me questions…" she said. "I escaped there, and as a by-product, I started losing weight."

How do we lose weight like her?

"I think the best tip is to genuinely know your body and pay attention to yourself. For me, I started slowly on a diet. I would go week by week taking certain things out of my diet that I should not be eating," she explained. "I couldn't do it all in one day or else I would feel really deprived and I knew I was going to fail. So for me on weak one I cut out dairy. Week two I cut out sodas. Week three I cut out any juice and only drank water. So on and so forth. That is how I had to operate.”
