Scary Moment! Justin Timberlake Nearly Tackled by a Stranger at Louis Vuitton Fashion Show

Watch your step! Justin Timberlake was nearly tackled by an overzealous stranger while arriving to the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2020 show with his wife, Jessica Biel, on Tuesday, October 1. The “Can’t Stop the Feeling” singer managed to stay on his two feet, despite the man tugging on his leg as he got out of his car. Justin was looking down to see exactly what was going on, but luckily he managed to escape the person’s grasp while holding on to Jessica’s hand for support.

“It all happened very suddenly. A man somehow got around the barrier protecting the arrivals area and pounced Justin’s leg! He was completely shocked,” an eyewitness at the event said. “Justin tried to shake the guy off but couldn’t pry himself loose. You could tell Jessica was really scared as they didn’t know if this guy wanted to really hurt Justin or what his intentions were. Justin gave Jessica a reassuring smile but it was clear he was concerned.”

Even though it wasn’t the entrance that Justin, 38, and Jessica, 37,  were expecting to make, the couple appeared to take it in stride and they were even seen laughing about the ordeal afterwards.

Interestingly, the incident involving Justin was actually not the only peculiar thing to happen this year during Paris Fashion Week. A YouTuber also decided to storm the runway at Chanel’s SS20 show in Paris on October 1, but Gigi Hadid handled the situation like a pro by escorting the woman off the runway.

The YouTuber, Marie Benoliel, a.k.a. Marie S’Infiltre, later addressed the prank on her channel, and several fans grilled her for taking it too far in the comment section.

“You have no respect for other’s hard work. Hope someday you have the respect for other’s effort. You’re ridiculous,” one wrote, while another added, “I’m sorry, but is this supposed to be funny?”

After Gigi intervened, fashion editor Carine Roitfeld also took to Instagram to sing her praises by writing, “Gigi saves the finale of the Chanel show from a catwalk crasher!”
