Family football time! Former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin has had a rocky custody battle with his ex-wife Kate Gosselin ever since the couple’s nasty divorce in 2009, and now, nearly ten years later, it looks like he’s finally getting a break. Jon has been spending a lot of time with Hannah, one of the eight children that he shares with Kate, after a change in their custody arrangement and he’s been sharing tons of photos with fans from their sweet daddy-daughter dates on Instagram.

Earlier this week, Jon posted a photo of him with his arm around his 14-year-old daughter and they were all decked out in their Philadelphia Eagles gear, ready to watch the NFL team’s first game of the season at a local sports bar and restaurant. “We are Back!!! GO BIRDS !!! #philadelphiaeagles,” the proud papa, 41, wrote in the caption.

Fans flooded the comments, and many of them shared their messages of support to Jon and congratulated him on his small custody victory. “Kate should be happy her KID is happy. Wait till your kids watch the old shows on how she treated you/others. You stayed calm and now it’s your turn to love,” one fan wrote, and another commented, “I’m so happy you finally get to have a good relationship with her! Every girl needs their daddy!!”

Rumors about Jon possibly gaining custody of his daughter Hannah started swirling back in May when Hannah started to make rare appearances on her dad’s Instagram page. Since then, Hannah has regularly popped up in more photos, causing fans to wonder if Jon had full custody of Hannah now, and last month he confirmed it during an Instagram Live video clip obtained by Radar. “She permanently lives with me,” he said.

But mom Kate isn’t very thrilled with the fact that Hannah no longer wants to live with her and the rest of her siblings, according to Radar, and she filed an appeal but it was later denied.
