Jennifer Garner and Daughter Seraphina Affleck Hold Hands While Out and About in L.A.

A chatty Jen stepped out in a light purple T-shirt and white chinos. She paired her relaxed look with slip-on sandals and her signature dark sunglasses. Seraphina, 10, was sporting a graphic tee and purple patterned shorts. She jazzed up her look with blue tube socks and an adorable Scrunchie.

The two ladies held hands as they spent the day together. Just recently, the actress was seen with her eldest daughter, Violet, and the pair walked hand-in-hand as well. Jen appears to have a very strong relationship with her children and often shows her affection towards them.

The actress previously stated that she wants to raise her children to be grounded and have values.  “It’s really important for my kids to see that everyone doesn’t have the lives they see in Los Angeles,” she told Southern Living. “That doesn’t reflect the world.” She added, “I want them to grow up with the Southern values I had — to look at people when they say hello and to stop and smell the roses. If I could do half as good a job as my mom did, I’d be pretty happy.”

The 13 Going on 30 star often spends family time with her children and Ben, 47. The two share three children together and make a point to give them as normal of a life as possible. “They have shared a great summer with the kids, doing outings, travel, etc. They have a very trusting and special relationship,” a source said of the pair to Us Weekly.

Although Jen is often spotted with Ben, she has a new man in her life, John Miller, that sources say she is crazy about. “She’d said she never thought she’d find love again,” a source close to Jennifer revealed to In Touch back in January 2019. “But now John has proven her wrong,” the insider added. “Jen is head-over-heels in love with him.”

John has also been a positive influence on the father of three. “Jen having a boyfriend has been the best thing to happen to Ben and Jen in a long time,” a source told Us Weekly. The Triple Frontier actor has even “become a better parent” due to Jen’s new romance.
