Coparenting at its finest! Jenni “JWoww” Farley reunited with her estranged husband, Roger Mathews, to celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 21. The Jersey Shore star shared multiple videos of her kiddos hunting for eggs with their friends and family. Scroll through the pics below to find out more about their day together.
One big happy family! The 33-year-old even took a photo with her daughter, Meilani, 4, her son Greyson, 2, and her ex Roger in the backyard of the house. “Happy Easter,” she captioned several snaps from the day.
The MTV personality also documented her son’s technique for the scavenger hunt. “@greysonmathews changing the game being hands-free,” she said, referring to the fact that he hung his basket around his neck.
It seemed like the former flames were getting along for the sake of their kids. The 43-year-old also couldn’t help but post some pictures of his crew. “Beautiful family Easter day,” he wrote on Instagram.
It seems like Jenni is moving on with her life without her ex. On Saturday, April 13, the brunette beauty shared photos from a romantic balcony dinner with a mystery man. Additionally, she showed off her sexy date night outfit — a skin-tight midi dress — on her Instagram Stories.
Then, she shared a shot of what the duo was eating — some pizza and wine. Yum! “Cheers to the weekend,” she wrote at the time. Later, she uploaded a clip on Snapchat of the new couple driving together with the windows down.
On Friday, April 19, the New York native went on another rendezvous with her man, where she posted another video that showed her and her date enjoying some vino. “Spent the night in a castle and felt like Belle,” she said, describing the exterior of an old building.
“You are an abuser to the core, Roger Mathews … You have spit at me. You have pushed me. You have shoved me,” she claimed in a message posted on her website. “You have aggressively thrown me to the ground. You have prevented me from closing doors to escape having you coming at me. You have belittled and disparaged me. You have threatened me.”
She continued, “You have embarked on a crusade to abuse me and place me and the kids in harm’s way. I will never allow someone to try all avenues to ruin the person I worked so hard to become … I have been broken down, beaten, hospitalized, traumatized, threatened, degraded, battered and abused. I got out. I stand strong today. For me. For Greyson. For Meilani.”
Finally, in February 2019, Roger called a truce. “I’m not a monster. We’ve both embarrassed ourselves out of anger. Let’s stop the madness. Let’s stop the anger. Let’s stop the lies. Let’s work together for our children,” he said in a heartfelt note. “Let’s write a book one day on the wrongs we have committed and how we bettered ourselves. At the very least try and be friends.”
“Jenni’s kids’ needs and wants will always come first,” her rep told Us Weekly. “She is being an adult about the divorce and working towards being better coparents. As far as the divorce, there is no reconciliation in the future, and she is excited about continuing to move on with her life.”
Even though the Snooki & JWoww alum is going through a transitional period, Snooki, 31, revealed that Jenni is trying to stay positive through it all. “Jenni is my best friend,” she told E! News earlier this month. “We are there for each other no matter what, especially through the hard times, so I am trying to, you know, keep a smile on her face and distract her as much as possible because she is stressed, very stressed right now.”
