He has broken his silence. Harvey Weinstein has largely remained out of the spotlight following countless accusations of sexual harassment by women in Hollywood. While he gave an interview after the initial exposé, and released a statement following news that his wife left him, he hasn’t been seen in public — until now. Check out the video below to see what he said.

Following Ashley Judd’s admission that he invited her to the Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel — for what she thought was a professional business meeting — and then asked if he could give her a massage, or if she would watch him shower, countless women have come forward detailing the media mogul’s wrongdoings. The accusations against the 65-year-old range from claims of rape (Italian actress Asian Argento says he forcibly performed oral sex on her more than two decades ago), to harassment and assault.

In the wake of the allegations, the media mogul has been ousted from The Weinstein Company, which he co-founded. His wife, fashion designer Georgina Chapman, also revealed that the two are divorcing following news of the accusations. In a statement, she said, “My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions. I have chosen to leave my husband. Caring for my young children is my first priority.”

In his first interview — shortly after the exposé in the Times was released, prior to his firing — he admitted that he planned to get help. “I have got to change, I’ve got to grow, I’ve got to deal with my personality, I’ve got to work on my temper, I have got to dig deep,” he told the Post. “I know a lot of people would like me to go into a facility, and I may well just do that — I will go anywhere I can learn more about myself.” Multiple sources have since confirmed to People that he’s in an in-patient treatment facility.
