Well, that escalated quickly.
A new report claims that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are expecting their first child together — that’s right, sources tell OK! Magazine that the 46-year-old rocker is pregnant!

“Gwen made an appointment with a doctor in late October, after signs pointed to her being pregnant,” the source says. “She’s already changed her lifestyle in preparation for the possibility. And Blake would be thrilled to finally become a dad.”
The No Doubt front lady is already a mother to three sons with her ex Gavin Rossdale — Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and one-year-old Apollo — and Blake allegedly clashed with his ex Miranda Lambert over having a baby when they were married.

In Touch confirmed the news earlier this month that The Voice judges are officially dating, following months of rumors and fan speculation — and given that it’s only been a short period of time since they’ve gone public with their relationship, we’re a little skeptical about these baby rumors.
