Génesis Rodriguez is not holding back in her new interview with Latina magazine.

The 28-year-old star — whose father is José Luis “El Puma” Rodriguez — even dished on her relationship with Christian Meier, who is 17 years her senior.

“Maybe I was mimicking my parents’ relationship, because my dad is 23 years older than my mom. I fell madly in love with Christian,” she told the publication.

However, they ultimately decided to break up when Génesis “chose her career” and moved to California. She has appeared in flicks like What to Expect When You’re Expecting, Identity Thief and Man on a Ledge — and is currently working on Moose Jaws.

As for her dating life now, Génesis said, “It’s always been such a freaking headache to introduce a guy to my dad because my dad is probably going to say something inappropriate, be rude or show his El Puma side.”
