‘Dancing With the Stars’ Lowkey Shades Nick Viall’s Engagement to Vanessa Grimaldi — Watch!
We guess when you go on four separate seasons of Bachelor-related shows, you are used to be being the butt of a few jokes…
But that doesn’t mean that Nick Viall was necessarily ready for what Tom Bergeron said about his relationship with new fiancé Vanessa Grimaldi on last night’s premiere of Dancing With the Stars!

While introducing Nick and his dancing partner, Peta Megatroyd, Tom said, “Last week on the season finale of The Bachelor, our next star took himself off the market when he proposed to the love of recent life!”
Oh the shade! We see you, Tom Bergeron!

Of course, his two failed ventures on The Bachelorette and one attempt at Bachelor In Paradise aside, Nick and Vanessa’s relationship isn’t without their flaws!
On last week’s After the Final Rose, they continually spoke of their “challenges” and “struggles” when it came to making their relationship work.
As one insider told In Touch before the finale aired, Nick and Vanessa were having a lot of trouble with their relationship because she struggled with what she was seeing every week on the show.

“Not only was she hurt by what she [saw], but she was so embarrassed by his behavior,” an insider previously told In Touch. “Nick is already very sweet and loving toward her in private, but [she saw] how much of a playboy he is, thanks to the show.”
Hmm — seems like Tom may not be totally off with this one!
