Hmm, who knew that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would get into a fight with a Bravo personality? Southern Charm star Shep Rose dissed The Fast and the Furious franchise on Twitter, and the former WWE wrestler set him straight.

“They are never going to stop making Fast and Furious movies,” Shep, 39, tweeted on Sunday, February 3. “My question is … who keeps paying to see them? I don’t know one person that does. Guy Fieri?”

The Baywatch alum, 46, was not happy with Shep, and responded to him right away. “Hahah crazy, right? When you think the franchise over the years has made over $5 billion globally. Oh, and I know one guy who watches … my buddy Mark Zuckerberg. Crazy, right!?”

The South Carolina native didn’t expect that he would get a response back from the Hollywood A-lister, and he immediately apologized. “Whoa! The @TheRock answered my somewhat snarky tweet about the Fast and Furious franchise,” he wrote. “I now officially retract my statement and will immediately binge every movie consecutively. Anything to keep The Rock on my good side. All the best to you, sir!”

Not only did fans love their exchange, but they also enjoyed The Rock’s epic clapback. One wrote, “Owned by The Rock! Now that’s a new distinction, Shep,” while another echoed, “Shep, I do believe you just caught the delicious scent of what The Rock is cooking.” A third person couldn’t help but laugh, writing, “Haha he slayed ya, Shep!!”

The ninth Fast and Furious movie was supposed to come out in April 2019, however, it was delayed by the studio in October 2017. Tyrese Gibson blamed Dwayne for the delay and was upset that he was getting a spin-off movie called Hobbs & Shaw.

“#PSA congratulations to @therock and your brother-in-law aka seven bucks producing partner @hhgarcia41 for making The Fast and the Furious franchise about YOU – and like you, DJ, even if they call, I will not be deleting this post. Gn folks. See you in 2020 April.”

He added, “#FastFamily, right? Nah … it’s about #TeamDwayne. #3yrs will it be worth the wait? #NoShaw just Hobbs will this be another #BayWatch? Guys, guys, just relax. I’m just a passionate film critic.”

In July 2018, the dad-of-three responded to his costar. “That whole thing with Tyrese, it was pretty disappointing because I’ve been friends with Tyrese for a long time,” he said at the time. “To me, there’s no need to have a conversation.”

Not only is there drama on-screen but off too. Shep, pay attention!
