Donald Trump Breaks His Silence on Stormy Daniels, Hush Money
He finally speaks! Since In Touch first dropped Stormy Daniel’s explosive, 2011 tell-all interview about her affair with President Donald Trump, we’ve been waiting patiently for the president — who doesn’t tend to keep his mouth shut about, well, anything — to sound off on the affair. And he finally addressed it! During a press briefing aboard Air Force One today, April 5, he told reporters that he didn’t know about the “hush agreement” or where the money (paid for by his personal lawyer Michael Cohen) came from.
When asked why his lawyer would be intersted in buying the silence of an adult film actress for $130,000, the Commander in Chief said, “You’ll have to ask Michael Cohen. Michael is my attorney. You’ll have to ask Michael.”
Reporter: "Mr. President, did you know about the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels?"
President Trump: "No." pic.twitter.com/wHTR7o5lqB

This is the first time Trump has addressed the affair, which began in 2006 shortly after the birth of his fifth child, Barron. Initially, Stormy Daniels not only denied the affair, but also the existence of a non-disclosure agreement. However, she has since admitted to signing an NDA in exchange for $130,000 amid threats from the now-President’s camp and fears for her family’s safety.
