David Eason’s Baby Mama Does Not Want Him Seeing Their Son Due to His “Erratic” Behavior (REPORT)
Just a few days after David Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans‘ husband is now going to be facing off with his baby mama in court. Olivia Leedham reportedly filed court papers last week to keep her son Kaden away from his father.
According to Radar Online, Olivia claims David’s life has “deteriorated into chaos” and that there are “potential substance abuse problems” and marital strife” in the home he shares with Jenelle. She went on to allege that David is displaying “erratic and concerning behavior.”

David and Olivia have been fighting over custody of the four-year-old boy since before his birth. Previously, David’s baby mama filed a restraining order against him after he pushed her while she was seven months pregnant. He went on to violate this restraining order in 2016 and was arrested.
Last year, Olivia allowed David visitation with his son but has obviously had a change of heart given his recent behavior — and TBH, we don’t blame her. “Despite knowing that he is being filmed for a nationally televised reality show [David] has regularly been seen arguing with Ms. Evans on the show,” she wrote. “[David] has allegedly become increasingly controlling of Ms. Evans and has alienated her from her family.” Court documents also state that Olivia is concerned David will get violent with Jenelle in front of his kids.
She went on to cite the couple’s fight the night before their 2017 wedding, which was captured on MTV cameras. “Ms. Evans became extremely upset with Defendant because Ms. Evans’ mother could not attend the wedding due to a conflict with the Defendant,” she added. “Ms. Evans was irate, made derogatory comments about the Defendant, and threatened to cancel the wedding, all of which was broadcast on television.”
Olivia is asking the judge to not force Kaden to visit his father for the time being. Radar reports that the custody case has been continued until April. Along with Kaden, David has a nine-year-old daughter with his ex-wife and shares one-year-old daughter Ensley with Jenelle, who has two sons, Jace and Kaiser, of her own.
