This past December, a friend of Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska was arrested and charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement, and attempted sexual assault of a child younger than 16. Now, Alex Bawek, who is married to Chelsea's BFF Britnee, has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.

Alex appeared in court on April 30, Radar Online reported, and his next appearance is scheduled for July 11, when the court will decide if his case goes to trial. Immediately following his arrest, more disturbing details of the incident surfaced, including the fact that Alex attempted to have sex with who he thought was a 14-year-old girl.

According to the official complaint, Alex posted an ad on Craigslist looking for "discreet hot fun" while he was staying in a hotel in Atloona, WI. Shortly after, a cop responded under the name Arianna, pretending to be a 14-year-old girl. "Being you're 14 just makes me nervous. Don't want to get set up by police, lol. That's all," Alex responded, before requesting a photo of the girl.

Things quickly got worse, with Alex initiating a meeting. "When you finished with class, want to come to hotel after? If you want to play with my c–k you're more than welcome to… you haven't ever had sex?" he asked. After requesting a "sexy pic" of her "goods," he said he'd "love to have you wrap your lips around my big c–k." Police confronted Alex when he showed up to pick up the girl. He was found with condoms in his car. Alex was previously arrested in 2011 for driving under the influence. He pled guilty of those charges and was sentenced to 45 days behind bars.

To make matters even worse, Britnee announced she was pregnant with the couple's first child just a few months before the arrest. Alex and Britnee have since deleted their Instagram pages. Now, Alex is facing up to 40 years behind bars for each charge. Luckily, this time around it was a police on the other side of the screen and not an innocent victim.
