Charlie Sheen is HIV-positive, In Touch Weekly can confirm, as a source exclusively tells the magazine he was diagnosed with the disease more than two years ago.

The confirmation of the 50-year-old’s health status comes shortly after it was revealed that he’ll be sitting down to make a “personal announcement” with Matt Lauer on the Today show, tomorrow, Nov. 17.
