“I’ve lost 25 pounds,” the 56-year-old dad admitted to In Touch. “I started at a 35 and I’m down to a 32.”
He’s, of course, not the first star to slim down on the show; some of the celebrity dancers who have shown the most impressive change in physique during the past 17 seasons include Kirstie Alley, Jennie Garth, Mel B. and more!

As Bill explained, there’s no actually dieting involved with the apparent DWTS diet—just a ton of physical activity that makes the pounds melt off!
“No [changing my diet], just working 6 hours a day with this little whippersnapper,” he said, referring to his partner Emma.

Of course, Bill wasn’t the only one who had never experienced something comparable challenging as the physical demands as the show—which is he admitted that he’s been most impressed by Jack Osbourne!
“Jack was in the same boat that I was,” he explained. “He had never done this before and Jack has gotten so good and he’s so smooth and it’s so fun to watch him. I think he has a great shot of going to the finals and winning this.”
