Shiloh Jolie-Pitt Is Into ‘Edgy Stuff’ Just Like Her Famous Mom: Angelina ‘Loves That About Her’
The apple doesn’t fall far from the A-list tree! Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt just turned 13 years old and already, she’s following in her famous mom’s footsteps. “Shiloh loves challenges, dark fantasy worlds, puzzles, movies and indie music. Edgy stuff just like Angie,” an insider tells In Touch magazine.
“She definitely marches to a different drummer, and Angie not only loves that about her, but she encourages it,” notes the insider.
“It sometimes scares Angie that Shiloh, at such a young age, already wants to go out into the world, travel and have adventures, discover things,” says the source. “But she realizes that part of her job as a mom is letting Shiloh grow up on her own terms. Shiloh won’t be boxed in, and Angie seems to be letting her fly.”
Fly? More like soar! Shiloh is quite the impressive kid. So much so, that an additional source recently revealed to Closer Weekly that she’s one of the best students in her robotics class, as is her brother Knox. The pair “have been studying for some time now and they absolutely love it,” the source explained.
“They get to be really creative and mix with other children while exploring their own creative ideas and working on team projects. Angelina and Brad want them to be able to spend time in different environments and learn how to work as a team. They are very bright kids and definitely have an intellectual future ahead of them.”
Considering Brad, 55, and Angelina, 44, have mended their once-strained coparenting relationship, we’re not surprised to see that Shiloh and Knox, 10, as well as their other four children — Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, and Knox’s twin Vivienne,10 — are thriving.
