Sharing a cryptic message. Alaskan Bush People star Billy Brown’s daughter, Twila Byars, seemingly threw shade at her distant family members in an uncovered Facebook post. While taking to social media, the Texas resident reportedly wrote about how grateful she is to be “normal, average and boring” in comparison to her wildlife-loving relatives.

Twila, who is Billy’s daughter from his first marriage, wasn’t afraid to speak her mind in a recent post. “I’ve never been the average person, walking with the herd or conforming to the masses. At some point thinking I was somewhat abnormal according to the ‘normal,'” she wrote on September 12, according to a new report from Radar Online.

“So I had an Epiphany (sic) today after reading a few things, that IM (sic) ACTUALLY THE NORMAL ONE IN MY D.N.A. Lineage! Normal, average and boring never felt so good,” Twila continued.

As viewers may recall, Billy’s estranged daughter did make an appearance on the hit Discovery Channel show back in 2016, traveling all the way to Alaska to meet her famous stepsiblings. At the time, it was claimed she and Billy hadn’t spoke in 30 years, but it looks like Twila is more than content with doing her own thing away from that side of her family.

Luckily, things are also starting to look up for Billy, 66, as of late. The reality star recently underwent surgery to address some “major medical issues” on September 15, but he’s now focused on his recovery. His son, Bear Brown, later took to Instagram with an update, sharing a photo of Billy spending time with Noah and Rhain Brown’s son.

“[He’s] doing better!” Bear shared with his followers. “With the best kind of medicine! A grandbaby!!!”

Meanwhile, Bear is also expecting a bundle of joy of his own. The 32-year-old’s ex-fiancée, Raiven Adams, shared the big news after calling off their engagement.

“Quickly after deciding friendship was best for us, we found out we had a little surprise coming our way,” she wrote. “We are super excited and surprised to announce this, especially due to current events. We are excited to coparent as friends and do our best to be the best we can be.”
