Scottie’s charges include aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy, and local law enforcement was alerted of the alleged incident when the minor’s grandmother contacted them.

“Approximately two months prior, Ms. Scottie Deem, a good friend of the family, had Juvenile at her home while her boyfriend was out of town,” the arrest report read. “While the Juvenile was there with her and her children, Ms. Deem had sexual intercourse with Juvenile.”

According to the report, Scottie had intercourse with the child, who was under the age of 16, at least two or three more times after the first incident. She was booked at Jeff Davis Detention Center on September 27, 2017, but she was released on $38,700 bond the following day.
