Are they all in this together… Even after all these years?
According to a new report, Zac Efron has his head in the game — and has focused his attention on another High School Musical sequel now that he’s sober and fully dedicated to his reviving his career!
“High School Musical 4 is much more than just an idea,” an insider tells ‘Radar Online.’ “Although there have been rumors for the past several years that it is definitely happening, it was not a possibility until Zac overcame what his friends are calling his ‘dark period.’”

The 27-year-old secretly completed a stint in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction in early 2013, and has allegedly been sober since June of the same year.
The plans to do another movie were put on hold because the director, Kenny Ortega, reportedly refused to do another installment unless Zac and his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens were both on board — which meant waiting until Zac was totally clean.

The actor’s interest in a reboot shouldn’t come as a surprise to fans. Last year, he told reporters the thought of another ‘HSM’ had definitely crossed his mind.
“We’re all thinking about it,” he said at the time. “I continue to see all the guys from [‘High School Musical’]… It’s so cool because we never forget a single moment of that experience. It brings you right back to those days.”
