Almost two weeks after a six-car collision left Tracy Morgan in critical condition, the 45-year-old has left the New Jersey hospital where he was being treated and entered a rehab facility, his rep confirms to In Touch.
“Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks,” a rep for the Saturday Night Live alum tells the mag.

“While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go. He and [fiancée] Megan [Wollover] wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.”
On June 7, a limousine bus carrying Tracy and his pal James “Uncle Jimmy Mack” McNair was struck from behind on the New Jersey Turnpike by a tractor-trailer operated by Wal-Mart.
The collision not only left the 30 Rock star and two other people critically injured, but also killed Tracy’s 63-year-old comedy companion.
According to a report released by the National Transportation Safety Board, trucker Kevin Roper was driving as much as 20 miles per hour above the speed limit at the time of the crash.
The veteran trucker pleaded not guilty to one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.
