False signatures, stolen ideas and fraud, oh my!
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott may be in a touch of hot water as they have been reportedly ordered to appear in court in California in connection with a malpractice suit that was filed against their production company.
According to Radar Online, a small claims subpoena filed on June 4 orders Tori and Dean to court on July 9.

Producers Denny JR O’Neil and Charles Malcom previously sued Tori and Dean's Life In A Bowl production company, alleging they had stolen an idea for a wedding show. An agreement was reached in 2013, but since then the producers claim the deal, which they were allegedly forced to sign under duress, stinks to high heaven.

Now, the producers are suing their own lawyers who represented them in the original lawsuit, saying they did not do a proper job. They also claimed the $100,000 settlement was only half of what they were promised and they believe Tori's signature had been forged.
“The signature has been analyzed by an expert and deemed to be a forgery,” read the claim.
Tori will now be forced to own up: Did she put the pen to paper? Or, like her TV show, was it fake, fake, fake?
