Unlike some 90s stars, Shaun Weiss, who played Greg Goldberg in Mighty Ducks (1, 2 and 3), is attempting to revive his showbiz career.

But first, he needs some funding in order to make that happen. Like most stars, including Zach Braff and Melissa Joan Hart, Weiss turned to Kickstarter.

According to his fundraising page, Weiss’ goal is to raise $21,000 by August 19 for “Back on the Map,” which will be a documentary based on his national stand-up comedy tour.

In a three-minute clip, the 35-year-old child star tries to convince viewers to fund his project, which will also involve him meeting up with some of his "life long fans.”

"I'm offering some insane kind of rewards. Basically if you invest, your reward is me," he insisted. "I will come to your house and you can shoot pucks at me.”

The Heavy Weights star, who dropped a lot of weight and looks really skinny now, has hinted at there being a Mighty Ducks 4 film—which he may have better luck with if he wants to be relevant in Hollywood again.
