Police are on the lookout for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans with intentions to arrest her.
According to a police report obtained by Myrtle Beach Online, a warrant for her arrest was sought by cops after she allegedly attacked her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith yesterday, May 26.

The report states the reality star showed up to her ex’s house late last night, calling him from a blocked number and threatening to damage his car.
The former Marine alleges he met Jenelle outside, where he says she began “slapping, punching and trying to kick him.” The report also states, “The victim stated he could smell alcohol coming from the offender’s person and suspected the offender of being intoxicated,” Radar Online reports.

The police report goes on to say that Nathan suffered bruises from Jenelle’s attack.
A rep for Jenelle tells TMZ the mom-of-two was actually the victim — alleging Nathan attempted to run Jenelle over with his car.

The troubled reality star's account of the events were recalled by a rep on Twitter.
“Nathan ran over Jenelle with his truck before the incident in the police report. Jenelle is seeking charges & is ready to get the truth out,” her "PR account" tweeted.
“Neighbors called the police after witnessing Nathan run Jenelle over. Her attorney is involved & this will be handled in compliance with [law enforcement]. For those asking, Jenelle was at Nathan’s to pick up her son. Nathan stole her phone and refused to hand over Kaiser. This is how it started.”

Police intend on charging Jenelle with criminal domestic violence.
This comes shortly after Nathan was arrested on March 4 for domestic violence. Although the father-of-two was charged following the incident, it was later alleged in a police report that Jenelle had actually attacked her ex — as he reportedly had bruises following the altercation.
Additionally, a neighbor claims Nathan was heard “begging MTV cameras for help” during the brawl — which means the truth will likely be revealed when Teen Mom 2 returns July 9 for its sixth season.
