According to new court documents, the elder Paul, who took control of his son’s estate after his tragic death last November, has filed paperwork in Santa Barbara, Calif. to sell a 26-foot Radon boat—designed for fishing and diving trips—that his son bought in 2010.

The legal docs allege that he’s selling the boat and its trailer to a private buyer for $120,000—while TMZ claims a new one retails for $135,000.
