Briana DeJesus is ready for more plastic surgery — just five months after giving birth to her daughter, Stella! The Teen Mom 2 star — who joined the cast this year — took to Snapchat to reveal that she's eager to go under the knife... again. "Patiently waiting for Dr. Miami to give me a date so we can get this mommy makeover started," she wrote on Snapchat.
Last month, the mother-of-two — who has a daughter, Nova, from a previous relationship — revealed she had an appointment with the celebrity doc, who is the same one that gave her larger breast implants, a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, and a labiaplasty (where they remove excess skin from your vagina) in January 2016. "@TheRealDrMiami appointment on Monday and I’m so excited ❤️❤️," she tweeted. So what's on the to-do list this time around? "I want a boob lift + implant reduction, lipo 360, tummy tuck," she wrote. One fan suggested getting her butt a little smaller, and she said "Lipo 360 is going to fit that❤️." But that's not all! "And I kinda wanna re do my lips," she said, admitted she meant "both" kinds. We're willing to bet that new boyfriend Javi Marroquin is excited about that one! "Maybe a little Botox but we shall see," she continued. Phew!

Bri also bragged about the fact that her surgery wasn't going to cost her anything, saying "It’s great when u can get surgery for free or have someone else pay It for u. #Livingthelife." Doctors will often do plastic surgery for celebrities just for the recognition. It's unclear who "else" may have paid her way.
In an exclusive interview with In Touch on Monday, Nov. 27, Dr. Michael Salzhauer, also known as Dr. Miami, said, "I did surgery on her about two or three years ago and then she had another baby. You know, babies do things do things to bodies and so she needs another mommy makeover. That's the thing — if you have surgery to fix things before you're done having all your kids, chances are you might need a little touchup afterward."
He added, "We're planning on a breast lift, tummy tuck, and adjustments to the Brazilian butt lift. It's going to be at least four or five hours of surgery and recovery time will be about two weeks. I think she was planning on doing it at the beginning of the year at some point. After the holidays."
Back in July, the MTV starlet tweeted that she'd be seeing Dr. Maimi in January. "Waiting for January to come around so I can go see my fav doctor @TheRealDrMiami,” she tweeted. Only one month to go!
