Poor mama! Tori Roloff took to her Instagram Story to ask her followers for heartburn remedies and we are seriously feeling for the pregnant mom. “I feel like I’ve avoided every food that is supposed to contribute to heartburn,” she began. “Any yet here I am, asking you guys, what foods help reduce heartburn?”

Thankfully, Tori, 28, got a lot of responses. “Ginger! Apple cider vinegar,” one fan replied. Tori responded, “Can’t stomach ginger. But last pregnancy I would take a shot of apple cider vinegar. It SUCKS for 30 seconds but then you do get relief.”

Another person wrote, “None! Delivering that baby is the only cure.” Jackson’s mom continued, “I feel like this is the answer for every issue at this point” and added a sad emoji just for good measure.

After she had presumably read through a lot of replies, Tori wrote, “OK main takeaway that I’m not mad about: Milk, vanilla ice cream, applesauce, crackers. There’s my diet for the next month and a half.” She then added, “Also side note just because I think it’s funny. I had WAY WORSE heartburn with Jackson and everyone was like, ‘oh he’s going to have so much hair!’ False. He was bald till he was 2.” LOL.

Tori has readily admitted in the past that this pregnancy hasn’t been all smooth sailing. She shared on Instagram on August 14, “I’m not one of those women who loves being pregnant. In fact, there’s not a lot of times I do love being pregnant. Don’t get me wrong. I thank God for this amazing gift every single day and I know how blessed I am but it definitely hasn’t made me feel my best.”

She also wrote on July 6, “This pregnancy has been a lot harder on me than the last. Don’t get me wrong — I’ve been so lucky … I’m not sick (anymore) and I haven’t had any complications (thank the lord). However, I have had a harder time accepting my body this go around. I’ve gotten bigger a lot faster than I did with Jackson and I’ve become a lot more insecure. Hearing people ask me if I’m sure it’s not twins definitely does not help (for all our sakes — don’t ever ask a woman this question. Like ever). It’s been hard to really enjoy this pregnancy because I’ve let my own body image issues get in the way.”

But she added, “For all those women out there — pregnant or not — you need to hear this just like I do: you’re beautiful, you’re strong, and dang it, love yourself no matter what. I know someone besides just me needs to hear that today.” We hope she’s feeling like her beautiful self these days — and is able to manage that pesky heartburn.
