Nadya Suleman Shares Sweet Tribute to Her Octuplets on Their 11th Birthdays: ‘You Are My Miracles’
That’s a whole lot of cake! Nadya Suleman, a.k.a “Octomom,” took to Instagram to share a touching birthday tribute to her octuplets on Sunday, January 26. The mom of 14 praised her youngest eight on the individuals they are becoming.
“Happy birthday to my beautiful angels. You are some of the kindest, most compassionate, caring human beings I’ve ever known,” the 44-year-old began. “Words cannot express how grateful I am to be your mother. You all have blessed my life immensely and I thank God daily for trusting me to care for, shape the lives of, and influence all of you.”
As Nadya continued, she seemingly made a nod to the sudden passing of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. The two died in a helicopter crash the same day as the octuplet’s birthday celebration. “Recent tragic events of loved ones lost are a powerful reminder of how fragile, precarious, yet precious life is, as tomorrow is never promised. We need to hug our loved ones a little longer and a little harder while they are here,” she added. “You are my miracles, my angels, and I will love you with all my heart, forever. Happy 11th birthday Noah, Maliyah, Nariyah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Jonah, Josiah, and Makai. #HappyBirthday #Angels #Blessed,” she concluded with a praying hand emoji.
In the photos, her brood looks thrilled to be celebrating their big one-one. While they all wore party hats, they raised both their pointer fingers to represent their 11th birthday.
Since Nadya conceived her octuplets back in 2009, the world has been fascinated with the single mother. Although she maintains a low profile on social media, she does share a few updates on her wolf pack from time-to-time.
Back on January 7, she shared a photo of her octuplets looking so grown up. “While Aidan was sitting, distracted with sensory exploration in the dirt, I snapped a quick picture of all the little kids together,” she captioned the photo of her youngest children. “This is a rare occurrence considering how crazy active and energetic they all are!”
Previously, Nadya opened up about Aidan’s developmental disorder on Instagram — vowing to “never give up on him.” Now that’s what we call a supermom.
