Miley Cyrus Reveals She’s ‘Back in the Studio’ and Feeling ‘So Inspired’ After Kaitlynn Carter Split
Turning to music! Miley Cyrus shared some exciting news with fans while taking to Twitter on Wednesday, October 2, revealing that she’s back in the studio and feeling “so inspired.” The singer was flooded with several supportive comments on her post, with many fans expressing how pumped they are to hear what she’s “creating” after her recent breakups.
Miley, 26, also shared a stunning selfie along with her announcement, garnering even more attention from her followers. “Undoubtedly the most gorgeous person ever,” one wrote. “You’re literally glowing!” another chimed in. “You look amazing queen! I’m so excited to hear what you’re cooking,” a third commented, while a fourth added, “Give us wrecking ball 2.0 PLS.”
It looks like the “Malibu” songstress is staying on her grind following her split with The Hills: New Beginnings star Kaitlynn Carter in September. Miley and Kaitlynn’s romance was short-lived, with the two first sparking dating rumors in August during their fun-filled vacation in Italy. Both of the ladies had recently ended their past relationships, which brought them closer together.
“Miley’s fling with Kaitlynn was just what the doctor ordered after her breakup from Liam Hemsworth,” an insider previously told In Touch exclusively. Luckily, it looks like there’s no bad blood between them! “Miley doesn’t burn bridges. They had a blast together and are going to remain friends.”
“Nothing traumatic occurred,” the source added. “There was no huge blow up or a third party that got between them. Miley is busy doing stuff, and she’s got a lot on her plate. Their romance didn’t fizzle out, it just ran its course. That’s it.”
As fans may recall, Miley and her husband, Liam, called it quits in August after less than a year of marriage. That same month, Kaitlynn and her ex, Brody Jenner, also revealed they were amicably parting ways. “They love and respect one another, and know that this is the best decision for their relationship moving forward,” Brody’s rep Scott Newman told In Touch.
On the bright side, it looks like fans will get to hear some fiery new jams from Miley in the near future!
