Looks like Lady Gaga isn’t the only one with a history of ~bad romances.~  Recently, the singer was spotted with a new man, audio engineer Daniel Horton, and now details are emerging about his recent divorce. According to court documents obtained by In Touch on Tuesday, July 30, the star’s rumored boyfriend only split with his ex-wife as recently as 2018. After separating in February, the couple filed for divorce just a few days later.

The documents state that Horton’s ex Autumn Guzzardi, a theater actress, is the one who filed the papers on February 27, 2018. The couple called it quits after five years together. They had tied the knot on March 21, 2013 in Tennessee, and filed for divorce in the same state. Horton, 37, and Guzzardi, 37, were able to come to terms quickly, and their Marital Dissolution Agreement was filed on April 4, 2018. Radar Online was the first to report the details.

Citing “irreconcilable differences,” the couple seemed to part ways amicably. A prenuptial agreement had already stated most of the terms of their separation, but the audio engineer agreed to refinance their shared home in his name and pay the actress $40,000 by June 1, 2019. Though the couple didn’t have any kids, they did have a dog named Betty who now lives with Guzzardi. By the time their divorce was finalized on May 9, 2018, the actress had already packed her bags and moved from the south to New York.

Now, it seems Horton is moving on, too — and he’s set his sights on Gaga. The audio engineer and musician were spotted kissing in Studio City, California while eating brunch. Though it seems their relationship only recently became romantic, the two have worked together since November 2018 when the “Shallow” singer began her Vegas residency. According to Us Weekly, the engineer has even shared a few photos of the songstress on his private Instagram page. No news yet on whether the new couple is ready to make their public debut or whether they were hoping to stay private for a little longer, but now that the word is out, they’ve got about a ~million reasons~ to start flaunting their romance.
