Keanu Reeves ‘Regularly Visits’ Alexandra Grant’s Home: It’s ‘Only a Matter of Time Before He Moves In’

Heating up! Keanu Reeves has been spending a lot of time at his girlfriend Alexandra Grant’s home, and it seems like two might even shack up soon. “Keanu even has special remote access to the underground garage at her downtown loft building,” a source told In Touch exclusively. “He regularly visits at all times of the day and night and parks his Norton bike in the garage before taking the elevator directly to Alexandria’s loft. It’s only a matter of time before he moves in.”

The Matrix alum, 55, and the artist, 46, made their red carpet debut as a couple at the LACMA Art and Film Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, November 2. The pair have been friends for over a decade — they met in 2009 — but recently decided to take their relationship to the next level. “They make a cool couple,” the insider added. “Alexandra likes Keanu for who he is and has no interest in fame or fortune.”

Alexandra and the actor have worked closely together in the past decade — she illustrated two of Keanu’s books, Ode to Happiness and Shadows, and they work on a publishing house called X Artists’ Books, which they created in 2017. In October, the lovebirds were spotted on a cozy outing in West Hollywood, where they grabbed sushi at a restaurant. “It looked like they were on a date,” a source told Life & Style at the time. Now, it seems like the Speed alum and his lady are a perfect match. “Everyone is ecstatic that he’s finally found happiness with such a wonderful woman. Keanu doesn’t stop raving about her!” a second insider told the outlet.

Prior to his new relationship, Keanu dated his Babes in Toyland costar Jill Schoelen in the mid-‘80s, and then moved on with filmmaker Sofia Coppola in the early ‘90s. The musician is most known for romancing Jennifer Syme, but their courtship ended in a devastating way. Jennifer gave birth to their daughter, Ava, in 1999, but she was stillborn. Following the heartbreaking news, the former flames went their separate ways, but Jennifer died in a car accident in 2001.

“Keanu was so traumatized by her death that there were times when he couldn’t get out of bed in the morning,” the insider added, adding that “everything changed” after Alexandra came into his life. “He was in such a dark place for so long, but Alexandra’s positive outlook and support have played a huge part in helping him turn his life around. Some say she’s not only stolen his heart but she’s also saved him,” a second source told the outlet.

However, it doesn’t seem like marriage is in the cards at the moment. “He’s already lost one love and can’t help but be afraid that it could happen again — though he’s working through these commitment issues,” the insider added. “He’s one of the nicest guys in Hollywood. If anyone deserves to find love, it’s Keanu.”

For now, it seems like Keanu and Alexandra are happier than ever, and that’s all that matters!
