Justin Bieber Hits Back at Troll Who Criticized His Loving Photo of Hailey: ‘YOU Follow ME’
Don’t mess with the Mrs.! After Justin Bieber posted a loving snap of his wife, Hailey Baldwin, on Thursday, September 5, the 25-year-old took aim at a troll who mistook his affection as insecurity.
“No makeup. Like, what??” read the text on the image of the model. The 22-year-old appeared to be comfy and casual, yet stunning as always. Although the pop star added the pic in admiration, one hater claimed that if the Biebs was really happy, he wouldn’t need to post photos of such nature.
“You don’t need to do this, if you really love each other, just live and enjoy it without trying to presume to appear or force someone else to see that ‘YOU’RE IN LOVE,’ ” read the critical comment. Justin hit back at the hater, writing, “Honoring your wife publicly is actually such an amazing respectful thing to do. It’s not only reassuring to her, it’s also a way of giving people something to look forward to … ”
“I’m not forcing it down anyone’s throat, YOU follow ME,” he added. “Should I not make songs about loving my wife or being in love or is that shoving down my love for her down your throat too? This is my life. Unfollow me if you don’t like what I post.”
Um, husband of the year? We think so! Hailey was definitely pleased by the post and commented, “making a girl blush over here.”
Justin has been very vocal on social media recently and we love seeing this honest and raw side to him. On Monday, September 2, he shared a personal essay to social media opening up about his tumultuous life as a child star. He divulged the struggles of growing up famous and how that has affected him — specifically with his drug addiction and spells of depression. Despite his hardships, he concluded his note by saying he is on the up-and-up in part to his love for Hailey.
“It’s taken me to bounce back from all of these terrible decisions, fix broken relationships and change relationship habit,” he continued, “Now I am navigating the best season of my life — MARRIAGE!! Which is an amazing crazy new responsibility.”
We have all loved watching Justin grow up in front of our eyes, for better or worse, but mostly we love the incredible husband he has become!
