One month after Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper split, the model revealed she would be open to finding love again — and maybe even tying the knot at some point in her life. “Do I believe in marriage?” she pondered during an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR which was published on Thursday, July 11. “Yes, of course. I’m not the kind of person who is against it.”

The 44-year-old actor started dating the 33-year-old brunette beauty in 2015, and they share 2-year-old daughter Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper. The former flames were spotted at many awards shows together this past year, but mainly kept their relationship very private. Ultimately, the two couldn’t make it work and called it quits on June 6.

Irina and The Hangover star hardly gushed about one another on red carpets, but the mom of one understood why everyone was so fascinated with their relationship. “I think it’s just human beings: if you cannot have it, you want to have it,” she told the outlet. “There’s a curtain there, you want to open the curtain. It’s curiosity, I guess.”

Many fans speculated that one of the reasons the couple decided to part ways was because of Bradley’s insane chemistry with his A Star Is Born costar Lady Gaga. However, it wasn’t true — but it didn’t mean that Irina wasn’t upset by all of the attention the duo received. “The movie had a major impact on Bradley and Irina’s relationship,” a source told Us Weekly in June. “Even though there was nothing romantic between Bradley and Gaga, the noise was difficult for Irina to deal with.”

In Touch previously reported that the Pennsylvania native and Irina had been “on the verge of splitting for months.” They both “tried to make it work for the sake of their daughter,” but they “both have busy lives and careers which has made the process very long and drawn out,” an insider revealed.

The “Bad Romance” crooner, 33, even addressed the gossip during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in February and insisted it was all an act. “First of all … social media, quite frankly, is the toilet of the internet and what it’s done to pop culture is abysmal,” she told the host. “People saw love and guess what, that’s what we wanted you to see. This is a love song.”

Meanwhile, the Russia native knows what she wants when it comes to love. “Every time people send me flowers, I’m like, just send me a tomato plant!” she said while laughing. “Nobody’s sending letters to anyone anymore. I really believe if you go for dinner with somebody, you don’t have to send them a text or keep them updated on Instagram message. You freaking pick up the phone, call and say, ‘Let’s have dinner.’”
