It seems like Katy Perry and Taylor Swift have finally buried the hatchet and are actually supporting one another now. The “Roar” crooner debuted her new song called “Never Really Over” on Friday, May 31, and the 29-year-old quickly added the song to her “ME!” playlist on Apple Music.

“Everything that happens to us is just part of a story we’ll tell someday. These songs are the soundtrack to my story at the moment. I love this playlist for kitchen dance parties, long drives home, sun-soaked reflection or aggressive bopping,” she wrote on the music website. “All songs have been loved and appreciated by ME!” The 34-year-old even liked Taylor’s most recent Twitter post of her and her new cat, Benjamin Button.

As fans recall, the Hollywood A-listers started fighting over backup dancers in 2013. “She … tried to sabotage an entire arena tour,” Taylor said without calling Katy by her name.

Then, during a 2014 Rolling Stone interview, the “Look What You Made Me Do” songstress revealed that her track “Bad Blood” was about someone in the music industry. “For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not,” she confessed. “She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, ‘Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?’”

Luckily, the California native extended a literal olive branch to the blonde beauty before her Reputation tour in 2018. “Hey Old Friend,” the note read. “I’ve been doing some reflecting on past miscommunications … I really want to clear the air … I am deeply sorry.”

Since then, it seems like the former frenemies have been getting along. Katy even revealed she wouldn’t mind working with the pop princess one day. “I mean, I’m making music with Zedd. I’m open, open, open,” she said during an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in March.
