Is everything OK, Collin Gosselin? Jon And Kate‘s son, 14, who was sent to a treatment facility more than two years ago, reportedly looks like he’s “been to hell and back.” A source tells Radar Online that the former reality star doesn’t appear to be doing well while his parents battle over custody.

“He wasn’t this happy, full of energy kid I remember,” a source close to the family told the outlet, before adding that Jon tried to “cheer him up and keep him in good spirits.” They continued, “I feel like he grew up so fast in the couple of years he’s been away. Hopefully, he gets out soon.”

Just two days ago, Jon scored a major win in court against his ex-wife. During a hearing in the family’s home state of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, Dec. 4, Jon was awarded temporary custody of Collin.

“He won!” a source revealed to Radarwho was first to break the news, and said that the dad-of-eight was thrilled with the judge’s ruling. “He looked very serious but calm,” the insider said. “He looked like he had just one thing on his mind: To get custody of Collin.”

The hearing was expected to be a tense face-off between Jon and his ex-wife Kate, but surprisingly, Kate did not appear in court that day and her lawyer did not appear on her behalf.

After 10 years of marriage and eight children, Jon, 41, and Kate, 43, finalized their divorce in 2009. Things got even more tense, however, when Hannah decided to move in with her father. But, Kate has been focusing on the positive. She recently revealed that Mady and Cara started their senior year of high school and the sextuplets have begun eighth grade.

There’s no word on why Kate missed her latest court appearance, but perhaps it had something to do with her latest TV show? The single mom is reportedly looking for love on Kate Plus Date — so stay tuned!
