When something tragic happens, it’s hard to see the positive side of things, but that’s exactly what Tracy Morgan’s brother, James, is doing.
In the days since his brother’s horrific accident—which left the SNL alum in critical condition and comedian James “Uncle Jimmy Mack” McNair dead—Tracy’s brother opened up about the optimism he has for his family once the 45-year-old is released from the hospital.

James admits he “hopes [the accident] does” bring together his famous brother and their mother, Alicia Warden, who have been feuding for more than a decade.
So far, they are off to a rocky start.
Yesterday, June 10, TMZ revealed Tracy’s fiancée Megan Wollover turned his mother away when she attempted to visit him in the hospital.
James has never had any drama with his brother—and plans to keep it that way.
“Me and my brother have never had problems. I go with him to shows,” James shares. “I don’t get in the middle of what’s going on between them. I’m not trying to get into any conflict.”
Right now, everyone is putting drama aside—and making Tracy’s health the main priority.
“Just pray for him and his recovery,” James asks.
