On the heels of her PBS cooking show, Spain... on the Road Again, Gwyneth Paltrow has launched her own lifestyle web site, called GOOP by Gwyneth Paltrow. Categories include "Make," "Go," "Get," "Do," "Be" and "See," and feature an essay written by the Oscar winner herself, where she plans to share her own recipes and favorite haunts. "Make your life good. Invest in what's real," she advises. "Cook a meal for someone you love. Pause before reacting. Clean out your space. Read something beautiful. Treat yourself to something. Go to a city you've never been to. Learn something new. Don't be lazy. Workout and stick with it. GOOP. Make it great." Looks like Gwynnie's taken a page out of Oprah's book of self-help for the masses. But really, GOOP? She couldn't have come up with a better name?
