Former Drake & Josh star Drake Bell has been sentenced to 96 hours in a Los Angeles County jail following his second DUI conviction.
The 30-year-old actor and singer was arrested on suspicion of DUI in December — and earlier in 2009 — after he was found driving 55 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.
He will also be placed on four years' probation and is required to attend an alcohol education program, which are mandatory since it is his second conviction.

The Nickelodeon star will be serving the minimum sentence for the DUI charge since it was within 10 years of his previous arrest.
Most recently, Drake has been traveling and promoting his third studio album, Ready Set Go!, and guest-starred on former costar Josh Peck's show, Grandfathered.
