Is it really over for Taye Diggs and his wife of 10 years Idina Menzel? – It seems like it, as the couple finalized their divorce in December after nearly one year of being separated.

The couple announced their split back in December 2013, however, neither filed divorce papers during the course of that year.

According to TMZ court documents state that no further action was taken until November as Taye petitioned the divorce paper in New York.

The delay has allowed for child custody and asset issues to be handled, as their divorce was promptly finalized on December 3.

Taye married his ‘Rent’ co-star on January 11, 2003. The former couple have one son together, Walker Nathaniel Diggs, 5.
