He’s really in the doghouse now! It’s been nearly two months since disgraced former Today show host Matt Lauer was fired from his position at NBC after multiple women came forward and accused him of sexual harassment — and he’s still feeling the repercussions for his actions. Matt’s wife Annette Roque kicked him out of their home in North Haven, NY and the news comes just one month after reports claimed his wife Annette Roque has lawyered up in preparation for a divorce.

Annette forced Matt out of the sprawling Hamptons estate where they lived with their children, a source revealed to Page Six. Matt, 60, and Annette, 51, share three children together — son Jack, 16, daughter Romy, 14, and son Thijs, 11 — and the insider said that Matt moved to another one of the three properties that he owns in the Hamptons so that he can be nearby and close to his kids.

While a rep for Matt refused to confirm or deny whether he is formally separated from Annette in the wake of his sexual harassment scandal, sources exclusively revealed to In Touch that a divorce announcement could happen very soon.

“Annette didn’t pull the trigger [on legal action] right away because of the kids, but she could no longer separate rumor from fact when it came to his sexual misdeeds and abuse of power. She’s done with him,” the insider revealed to In Touch, and added, “A divorce announcement should be coming any day now.”

Last month, the former model was spotted leaving a lawyer’s office in NYC and reports claim that she’s already lawyered up. But this isn’t the first time Annette will file for divorce from Matt in the nearly 20 years that they’ve been married. Back in 2006, Annette filed for a divorce and cited “mental abuse, extreme mental and emotional distress, humiliation, torment and anxiety” as the reason.
