An ex-girlfriend of Mark Salling filed a claim against his estate asking for a $2.7 million settlement, just two months after his death. According to court documents, Roxanne Gorzela — who previously sued the Glee star for sexual battery — is requesting to be named a creditor due to the settlement she won after accusing Mark of forcing her to have unprotected sex with him in March 2011.

According to People, Roxanne went to confront Mark at his home and allegedly found him in bed with another woman. She claimed that they got into an argument and he pushed her to the ground, causing her to hit her head. He was ordered to pay her $2.7 million in damages.

As previously reported, Mark — who played bad boy Puck on the FOX musical series — committed suicide by hanging and his body was found near a Los Angeles riverbed on Jan. 30. His lawyer confirmed the news shortly after the discovery. "Mark was a gentle and loving person, a person of great creativity, who was doing his best to atone for some serious mistakes and errors of judgment," he said in his statement. "He is survived by his mother and father, and his brother. The Salling family appreciates the support they have been receiving and asks for their privacy to be respected."

In 2015, Mark was arrested after a search warrant discovered thousands of illegal images on his personal computer. He was indicted on two counts of child pornography, including one count that involved a flash drive allegedly containing an image of a child under the age of 12 and was originally looking at up to 20 years behind bars, but according to the terms of his plea deal, that number was significantly decreased. Along with serving his time, Mark would have had to register as a sex offender and would've been under supervised release for the two decades following his jail sentence.
