A New York judged has enacted a restraining order against Love & Hip Hop: New York star Brittney Taylor, after she allegedly beat up a woman during a brawl in her luxury Manhattan apartment complex. The temporary order of protection was seemingly placed against the VH1 alum on June 19.

According to People, the order states that if Taylor, 30, is in possession of any firearms, she must turn them over immediately. Furthermore, the order of protection is in place until December 14.

As far as what happened, Taylor was whisked away in cuffs on Friday, June 14, after getting into a heated dispute with a woman in her apartment. The fight quickly escalated and allegedly continued into the elevator. At some point, the reality star reportedly threw her phone at the woman and it allegedly struck her in the forehead. It was also reported that Taylor “aggressively scratched the woman’s neck.” When police arrived to the scene, Taylor was placed under arrest and the woman refused medical attention. The LHHNY star was later released without bail.

Taylor is facing charges for assault and aggravated harassment, and is scheduled to return to court on July 8. The latest incident involving the reality star comes only two months after she accused costar Remy Ma (whose real name is Reminisce Smith) of attacking her at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert in April.

In a since-deleted Instagram post, Taylor opened up about her fight with her Love & Hip Hop costar, while also sharing a photo of her black eye on the social media app.

“So, here am I on my way to a very important meeting and it’s hard to even focus because of what occurred last night. I didn’t wanna bring it to social media because Its pretty embarrassing and not a good look tbh,” Taylor wrote. “I tried my best to cover it up with make up and move on but that still didn’t work. My Question is @remyma why did you really do this?”

Smith turned herself in on May 1 and she’s currently facing similar charges to Taylor.
