Any Publicity Is Good Publicity? Jordyn Woods Gains More Than 500K Instagram Followers Amid Cheating Scandal
Inquiring minds want to know! Jordyn Woods gained more than 500K followers on Instagram since she hooked up with Khloé Kardashian’s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, on Sunday, February 17.
On Wednesday, February 20, the model, 21, had 8.1 million followers, and later that evening, it went up to 8.3 million. As of Friday, February 22, she currently has 8.6 million followers. However, she did lose a couple — Khloé, 34, and Kim Kardashian, 38 recently clicked the “unfollow” button.
The California native finally addressed the scandal at an event in Los Angeles on Thursday, February 21. “Thank you guys for coming out and supporting me through everything that’s going on,” she said at the Eylure launch party. “You know, it’s been real, and Eylure has been super real to me. It’s been a project I’ve been working on for over nine months right now.”
Jordy didn’t actually apologize for her actions, though. “Tristan and Jordyn were into each other,” a source exclusively told In Touch of their rendezvous. “They were cuddling, holding hands. Tristan was rubbing her ass, they were definitely hooking up.”
The insider continued, “Tristan seemed concerned that the other girls at his house were watching him and Jordyn on the couch. One of Tristan’s guys told the girls no cell phone pics.”
Khloé hasn’t made an official statement yet, but she did express her feelings on Instagram. One message read, “The worst pain is [getting] hurt by a person you explained your pain to,” while another echoed, “Somebody needs to hear this … That betrayal was your blessing!!!”
Luckily, the blonde beauty has a great support system. Kim revealed that she and Malika Haqq, 35, were taking Koko on a much-needed getaway. “Girls trip!” she shouted into the camera.
The KKW Beauty founder and the Dash Dolls alum sang along to Brandy’s song “Who Is She 2 U” and “Don’t Mess With My Man” by Nivea. Coincidence? We think not.
So, when will the rest of the Kar-Jenner clan unfollow Jordyn? Only time will tell.
