You can definitely tell they’re bros! Jon Gosselin, formerly of Jon and Kate Plus 8 fame, shared a photo of himself with his brother, Tom, on Instagram on September 1, and fans think they look a lot alike. “Happy 50th bday to my brother Tom!!!” Jon, 42, wrote. “I know we don’t age, hahaha.”

“You [are] correct about not aging you both look very young,” a fan replied in the comments. Another person said, “[You] do look like each other, happy birthday.” Yet another follower commented, “You can tell the two of you are brothers! Happy birthday, Tom!” So many well-wishes!

Jon seems to be doing really well these days, and perhaps having close family members in his life helps with that. On August 26, he shared a photo of the two kids he shares with his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, whom he has custody of — Hannah and Collin. He wished them luck on their first day of school and wrote, “FRESHMAN!!! 9th Grade Wow!!! I can’t believe it!!! Good luck to Hannah and Collin this year!!! Today is their first day of high school!!!! I hope all my kids have a wonderful year in high school this year and have great experiences!!! Love all of you!!!”

Fans really loved getting an update on some of the Gosselin children. “Jon, you’re doing a great job with the kids. Don’t ever let anyone tell ya differently!” one person commented. Another said, “Those look like two happy and well-adjusted kids! Yay for them! Have a great school year.”

Jon’s ex has custody of the other kids — Leah, Alexis, Joel, Aaden and the couple’s twins, Mady and Cara. But the two kids Jon has living under his roof — along with longtime girlfriend Colleen Conrad — seem to be doing well even though they’re not residing with their other siblings. Back in December, Jon opened up about his kids’ bond with Colleen as a stepmother figure and he told In Touch exclusively, “They love her. She’s a great parent.” It certainly seems like they have a great uncle in Tom in their lives too. Lucky kids!
