Jessa Duggar Claps Back After Fan Passive-Aggressively Slams Her Tree House Knowledge
If there’s one thing Jessa Duggar‘s good at, it’s clapping back! The Counting On star addressed one of her haters in the comments on Instagram earlier this week, and we. Are. L-I-V-I-N-G.
“Enjoying the beautiful nearly 60-degree weather in our backyard today!” the 26-year-old wrote on February 2. “Can you tell we’ve been feeling a bit cooped up?”
Of course, it didn’t take long before someone found something snarky to say about the sweet video of her boys. “You might want to leave a little more room for those tree trunks to grow :),” the passive-aggressive user wrote.
In response, the soon-to-be mother-of-three explained, “I’m planning to notch the boards out more with [a] reciprocating saw as the tree grows! Didn’t want gaps too big for little feet to get wedged in there! It’s not truly a ‘treehouse,’ in the sense that the fort is primarily supported on all four corners by 4X4s.” She added, “It’s just built around the tree to give it that sort of feel, but without putting that kind of pressure on the tree.” OK, Jessa, we see you dropping knowledge bombs!
Spurgeon and Henry’s mama is notorious for clapping back at online trolls. Just last month, when someone questioned why her niece Felicity had “no shoes on!!” Jessa fired back, “And she was let outside to run in the snow like that. So terrible.” LOL. Mic. Drop.
We’re sure this isn’t the last we’ll hear of her sassy comebacks, though. After all, she and her husband, Ben Seewald, recently revealed they’ll be adding to their brood!
“We are overjoyed that God has blessed us with a baby, due late this Spring!” Jessa told People in a statement. “From the day we found out we were expecting, we both guessed boy, and if our predictions are right then we already have a ton the clothing and accessories ready to pass down! At the same time, we would absolutely love it if we found out we were having a girl — though we’ve joked that we’d be starting from square one and might have to learn a few things.”
