Twinning Moment: Drake Dresses as His Dad Dennis Graham for Halloween Amid Feud

Sending a message? Drake dressed up as his father, Dennis Graham, at a Halloween party — which occurred at Poppy nightclub in West Hollywood — on Wednesday, October 30, where his father was in attendance as well. The two have been feuding lately, but it looks like the rapper, 33, is on good terms with his dad, since he posted a photo of the two of them on Instagram after their night out.

“Not planned,” the Canada native captioned a photo of himself with his father wearing the same white beanie with glasses, a necklace and a white shirt. Of course, several fans couldn’t get enough of their twinning moment. One person wrote, “Love it. Completely nailed it. I’m here for it,” while another echoed, “GENIUS.” A third person chimed in, writing, “This is so great.”

Earlier this month, Dennis accused the Grammy winner of lying about their relationship to “sell records.” During an appearance on Nick Cannon’s Close Conversations radio show, Dennis explained his son stretches the truth in his song lyrics about their bond. “I had a conversation with Drake about that. I [have] always been with Drake,” Dennis said, referring to the time where Drake alleged his father is absent from his life in one of his tunes. “I talk — I talk to him if not every day, then every other day. We really got into a deep conversation about that. I said, ‘Drake, why are you saying all of this different stuff about me, man? This is not cool.’ And he goes, ‘Dad, it sells records.’”

Dennis made it clear that he tried to be the best father to his son. “I took Drake down through there so to speak. I exposed him to every aspect of life. I never hid anything from him … I showed him this side of life. I showed him that side of life.”

However, the “Take Care” crooner took to Instagram to address his father’s allegations. “Woke up today so hurt, man,” he wrote. “My father will say anything to anyone that’s willing to listen to him. It’s sad when family gets like this, but what can we really do? That’s the people we are stuck with … every bar I ever split was the truth, and the truth is hard for some people to accept.”

Luckily, it seems like these two were able to reconcile. Scroll through the photos below to see their outing.
