Tough times for Bam Margera. After getting in a scuffle in at the Luxe hotel bar in Hollywood, Bam, 39, was arrested following a bizarre standoff with authorities, police confirmed to In Touch. Just hours later he was released on $1000 bail.

On Wednesday, August 14, Bam was taken into custody by LAPD in the dead of night. He was placed under citizen’s arrest by a hotel staffer and refused to leave the premises. He allegedly was badgering guests and customers with an odd story of how he was hired to catch someone cheating. Video footage shows the former pro skateboarder sitting in the middle of the hotel lobby and refusing to move.

“This is not a f–king reality TV show. I know you’re fresh out of rehab, so let’s get your s–t together,” the officer said to Bam. He was ultimately arrested for trespassing but made bail hours later.

Bam’s arrest comes days after his intense therapy session with Dr. Phil McGraw following his very public plea for help. In that session, the bad boy vowed to go to rehab though his stint there was short-lived.

The hard partier recently went on an Instagram tirade where he begged Dr. Phil, 68, for his help and disclosed how his family is in “shambles.” “Dr. Phil, I need your help in a big, big way. My family is in shambles. It’s worse than it’s ever been,” the former Jackass star said in one of his many video posts.

The remaining footage shows Bam traveling to see the famous doctor, including his stop at airport security where he proceeded to put $17,000 in crumpled bills on the conveyer belt. He later posted another video of himself boarding a plane with the caption, “Dr. Phil is an encyclopedia of knowledge and words can’t describe how much I love this man. He’s the milkman of human kindness. His wife is great as well. He is the lotto of being a savior to people who have had enough of the gruff.”
