Audrey Roloff Shows off Her Post-Baby Body in New Fitness Video — and We’re Jealous of Her Abs!
It’s been 11 months since Audrey Roloff gave birth to her daughter, Ember, but now the new mom is showing off her post-baby body on Instagram! The Little People, Big World star shared several clips rockin’ new fitness gear — and she legit has abs now. Watch the video above to see her toned tummy!
This is hardly the first time the reality TV mama showed off her figure, though. Back in June, mother-in-law Amy Roloff took to the social media platform to share several sweet snaps of her fun weekend — and Auj flaunted her stellar bod.
“And this relaxing, joy-filled Sunday ended with family and friends and cousins and babies,” the 53-year-old wrote. “A day like this is perfect.”
One month prior, she documented Ember’s first time playing in the sand, and although her baby girl looked adorable sporting a beach hat and sunnies, fans couldn’t stop talking about Audrey’s slim figure.
“Wow! You look amazing after giving life to your beautiful baby!” one user wrote. “Any health and fitness tips?” Another said, “Wow! @audreyroloff looks amazing losing and getting back to shape!”
Recently, however, Audrey revealed she was suffering from mono — but that didn’t slow her down! Not only did she attend the Young Living Gala Awards, but she was clearly feeling up to a little pool fun.
“The past week I’ve been feeling so rundown and have been experiencing a lot of abdominal pain,” Audrey explained in the caption of an Instagram post. “I thought it was just from [the] stress of working on the edits for our book, getting ready to travel out of town for a work trip, and Ember waking up in the night to nurse (which has been happening for the past 3 weeks…” She added, however, that after doctors ran some tests — and ruled out pregnancy and strep throat — it was Mononucleosis. Yikes — well, we’re happy the LPBW star is feeling better!
