A White House run? It’s always possible for Angelina Jolie. The actress hinted on Dec. 26 that she might get involved in politics in the near future, and honestly, why not? In an interview on the BBC‘s Today programme, Angelina spoke with presenter Justin Webb, and the two discussed everything from United States politics, to social media, sexual violence, the global refugee crisis, and more, the BBC reported. And that’s when the topic came up.

Angelina was specifically asked about getting into politics, and said, “If you asked me 20 years ago, I would’ve laughed… I always say I’ll go where I’m needed, I don’t know if I’m fit for politics… but then I’ve also joked that I don’t know if I have a skeleton left in my closet.” But then she added that she’s “also able to work with governments and I’m also able to work with militaries, and so I sit in a very interesting place of being able to get a lot done.” So it doesn’t seem like she’s totally against the idea!

Angelina did say that she’s keeping quiet about it for now, so anything could happen. Plus, when Justin noted that the actress could potentially be on the list of 30 or more Democrats running for the party’s presidential nomination, she reportedly replied, “thank you.” That’s not a no! (Is it too early to make Angelina Jolie 2020 signs?)

But honestly, as interesting as an Angelina campaign would be, the actress and humanitarian sort of has a lot going on right now. She has her charity work and was recently a visiting professor at the London School Economics and Political Science, and who’s to say she won’t have more opportunities like that in the future? Plus there’s that whole divorce from Brad Pitt and custody situation they’re dealing with involving their kids — Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and their 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

It kind of seems like Angelina has her hands full, but don’t retire that #AngelinaJolie2020 hashtag just yet.
