With a baby on the way and a due date that’s quickly approaching, all should be going well for Jenelle Evans, the star of Teen Mom 2.
Unfortunately, there’s one thing keeping this joyous occasion from being the celebration that it ought to be—the 22-year-old will be forced to face off with her estranged husband, Courtland Rogers, in the coming days.

Jenelle is expected to appear in court tomorrow, June 10, and speak to a judge about her impending divorce. However, a new report makes the situation even more complicated, as a source claims there’s a warrant out for Courtland’s arrest!
“Jenelle has to show up on Tuesday,” the source explains.
“She and Courtland haven’t spoken to each other so if he shows up there is no telling what is going to happen.”
Jenelle Evans Files For Divorce From Courtland Rogers
According to the source, he has tried to reach out to Jenelle so they can speak and work something out, but his online footprint would suggest otherwise.
On May 10, he tweeted that his divorce lawyer was out of town and that before leaving, she prompted him not to sign anything until she returns in June.
Damn so my divorce lawyer is in the Bahamas until July 11th... She said to sign nothing until she gets back ... Soooo I guess that means...— Courtland Rogers (@est4life910) May 11, 2014

Meanwhile, another source informs Radar that the warrant is for failure to appear in court for other cases—which means it might be a good idea if Jenelle continues to keep her distance from him.
“Courtland could get in a lot of trouble if he doesn’t do the right thing in court with Jenelle,” the source says.
“She tells him to talk only to her lawyer because she wants nothing to do with him. She wants to get divorced, have her baby and marry Nathan [Griffith] and doesn’t want to deal with any of Courtland’s bulls--t anymore.”
